Welcome to Little Supermen Pty. Ltd. (https://littlesupermen.com). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, enrolling in our training programs, or signing a Service Agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Little Supermen Pty. Ltd. provides specialized training, development, and support programs, including services tailored for children and individuals with disabilities. Specific service deliverables, goals, hours, and schedules will be outlined separately in individual NDIS Service Agreements or Enrolment Forms.
2. Eligibility and Guardianship
  • Minors (Under 18): All participants under the age of 18 must have these Terms and Conditions reviewed and accepted by a parent or legally authorized guardian.
  • Authority: The person executing any registration or agreement on behalf of a participant warrants that they possess the legal authority to do so.
3. Health, Safety, and Qualifications
  • Staff Credentials: We ensure that all frontline staff and contractors hold valid Working with Children Checks (WWCC) and up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Participant Medical Status: Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, behavioral needs, and physical limitations prior to the commencement of any program.
  • Emergency Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Little Supermen Pty. Ltd. staff to administer basic first aid/CPR and call an ambulance at the participant’s or guardian’s expense if required.
4. Fees, NDIS Billing, and Cancellations
  • Pricing: Service pricing is aligned with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits where applicable.
  • Billing: Invoices will be processed via the agreed-upon method (Short Notice Cancellations, Plan Managed, Agency Managed, or Self-Managed) as specified in your individual Service Agreement.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified in advance. Short-notice cancellations will be billed in accordance with the guidelines set out by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and your specific Service Agreement.
5. Website Use and Intellectual Property
  • Content Ownership: All text, graphics, logos, images, software, and training curriculum designs on https://littlesupermen.com are the intellectual property of Little Supermen Pty. Ltd. and are protected by Australian copyright laws.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any website content or program materials without express written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
  • Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
  • Little Supermen Pty. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or participation in our physical programs, except where caused by our gross negligence or statutory breach.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
